This free one-day KNOWLEDGE CONNECT MasterClass, delivered in conjunction with the Central School of Speech and Drama, provides practical help to proactively present yourself and business to potential customers and potential investors.

 

Working with experienced tutors, participants will learn how to:

  • Differentiate your business from the competition by identifying your key strengths (USPs)
  • Develop a compelling customer selling proposition to generate more business
  • Communicate who you are, what your business does, where it is going and why you are special
  • Explore your use of voice, speech and body language to project confidence, presence and passion when talking to clients
  • Pitch your business in 30 secs to prospective customers and investors

The best two elevator pitches* will have the opportunity to be awarded a £3K one-to-one consultancy package with The Central School of Speech and Drama, providing further communication related business development tools and skills.
